We partner with local organizations to help plan, organize and execute events. Our services include but are not limited to timelines, vendor management, diagram mockups, day of coordination and full service planning.

This package is designed for clients that want to handle the planning process themselves but want professional help to execute all of the day of tasks.

  • Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planners arrival
  • Team of experts day of
    • Lead associate and coordinator
  • Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly
  • Thorough vendor details
    • Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
    • Handle distribution of payment to each vendor
  • Handle clients “final touches,” such as:
    • Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book
    • Access to planners wedding day emergency toolkit.

This is the is all be all package. This is perfect for clients who just want to check in periodically and show up to the event.

  • Comprehensive meeting to get an understanding of your vision, style and design preferences
  • Design support for all aspects of the event
  • Manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planners arrival
  • Team of experts day of
    • Lead coordinator and up to 1-2 assistants for the event (staffing dependent on guest count)
  • Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly
  • Thorough vendor details
    • Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
    • Handle distribution of payment to each vendor
  • Handle clients “final touches,” such as:
    • Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book
  • Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception

    • Creation of all flyers, invites, programs, menus etc.

    • create and negotiate contracts, coordinate and produce (when applicable) all proposed events and productions held at the agreed upon venue.
  • Staffing and volunteer Coordination
    • Coordination of all on-site volunteers and staff the day of the event with deliverables.

Event Design

Our Founder

Marie began her career in the event industry as the Catering Supervisor for a few top universities and catering companies. Moving from the catering world she feel in love with Event production and fashion based events. She started a fashion event company specializing in producing top information events and fashion shows. Seeking to diversify her expertise, Marie then transitioned from soley fashion based events to full service nonprofit planning and consulting. It was there were she found her love for helping clients reach people through events. She went on to consult and partner with leading nonprofits & corporate businesses in Charlotte, NC and Atlanta Ga.


Marie has produced events for Elevation Church, The Dream Center, Chick-fil-A, Covenant Community, United Cerebral Palsy, and more.


Combining both years and diversity of experience in the event industry, she decided to start her own Event Production & Planning Company -- wereach.
